Government of India is going to made ,voting compulsory.why not ,it should have been made earlier.well at least they could think.In my country there is public and leader.leaders are to win elections and public or voters(because in India every decision is made to get votes ) are only for voting.If a person is not a voter then what would be his value.So main duty of every Indian must be voting at any cost.It why you hear everywhere "BALLOT IS POWERFUL THAN BULLET".True ,getting success in election is harder than qualifying UPSC exam.So as a result an IAS has to work under proper guidance of a leader.In our Jharkhand situation is more interesting first police arrest a naxal leader and sent him to jail ,police says he is a hardcore criminal and impose countless sections of Indian penal code but human rights activists come and says he is innocent and laymen,feeding his family .now leader contests election behind bar and of course won.Poor police she again has to run behind NETAJI only difference is that initially they chase now they protect.Such dilemma ,a person in Delhi could not imagine.
